Private hire of the venue is available for Parties, Hen/Stag events, Birthdays, Corporate events as well as just because you and your friends want the building to yourselves. Enjoy the building with no one else in it and become immersed in the theme and forget your in Southend! Work in a team with people you know in order to escape! Great for team building/ staff outing or even just a birthday party.

 

Different types of hire:

 

Private hire with no extras is £110.00

This gives you exclusive use of both rooms for up to 8 people in total (saving of £32),  Both themes run at the same time as well as 15 minutes prior and after. Photos taken as well in order for you to remember your experience.

 

Private hire with after drinks - £170 (£120 if max of 6 people for 1 game)

This gives you exclusive use of both rooms for up to 8 people in total (saving of £70),  Both themes run at the same time as well as 15 minutes prior and 30 minutes after which gives you time to have drinks and music at the venue. This can be an alcoholic drinks chosen from a selection or a soft drink if any of the partt is under 21 or because they wish too. DRINKS ARE ONLY ALLOWED AFTER GAME PLAY - no exceptions. Please note ID maybe required if you look under 21.

 

Private hire with after drinks and food - £200 (£150 if max of 6 people)

This gives you exclusive use of both rooms for up to 8 people in total (saving of £80),  Both themes run at the same time as well as 15 minutes prior and 45 minutes after which gives you time to have a drink and food at the venue. Please contact us to discuss food option available. We supply alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks. DRINKS AND FOOD ARE ONLY ALLOWED AFTER GAME PLAY - no exceptions. ID maybe required. A birthday balloon is supplied to the birthday boy/girl so please let us know the age or type of balloon if this is wanted.

 

We have also teamed up with a few companies in the loacl area that can supply extras which you can have after or prior to the game - make it extra special!
